How soon will my items ship after I place my order?
Most orders placed and received before, 12:00 p.m. CST (1:00 p.m. EST) Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Most orders received after 12:00 p.m. CST will ship the following business day.

We back all our shippable products with a "no questions asked" 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. From November 1through December 31 we provide 60 days for our Money Back Guarantee just to make holiday shopping a little easier for you.

How do I return a item?

What happens if I order a product on the weekend? When will my order go out?
All orders placed Friday after 12:00 p.m. CST (1:00 p.m. EST) will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

What Carrier will ship my order?
College Logo Shop schedules Customer orders with UPS small package shipping service.

When will my order arrive?
Customer orders are fulfilled from our distribution facility located in Anaheim, California. Time to delivery will depend where your “SHIP TO” address is located. Please the check the UPS SHIPPING MAP to find your area and the estimated time for delivery to your zone.

Does College Logo Shop ship orders received over the holidays and weekends?
No. Orders should ship Monday through Friday. Pick up and delivery times may alter depending on UPS shipping schedules.

Does College Logo Shop accept International orders?
No. We currently ship to the Continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. (Exceptions may apply – email Customer Service for details)

How do I track my package?
All Customers who provide their email address at the time of purchase should receive a UPS tracking number via email. Please refer to www.ups.com for further information regarding UPS shipping and small package tracking details.

Orders Shipped with United Postal Service (UPS)
Please note, Customer orders are scheduled and shipped with UPS ground service, unless otherwise requested. UPS is responsible for the transportation and delivery of all shipped orders. Should, for any reason, your order be lost, stolen or damaged, the Customer is responsible to contact UPS Customer Service directly to confirm and resolve the issue.
